Nathan's second mention is spot on and I may appear as biased, but I just have no fucks to give when it comes to that. I love everything about Danielle's character. Down to what she is as a person and her new attitude... yeah, I'll stop there. Now I'm gonna dip into the biased pool again and mention my own character. The one who shares my name. Without a doubt my all time favorite character to write for. But the evolution that he went on is what made me more attached. He went from the rookie who was hotshotted to the title (which I explained in the RP against Mari), to the ruthless mother fucker who evolved into a lot of the traits you see in him today. He's been on the highest of highs, hit rock bottom and then built back up but always stayed true to himself and has no qualms about being an asshole to anybody. And he's an honest man who like myself, doesn't sugarcoat shit.

well, since we are going to be biased now. I'm going to be biased aswell, and mention my own charecter. Reaper. Now writing for Reaper is different from writing for Bull and Ape. With Bull and Ape. Sometimes I enjoy writing their RPs, and sometimes I don't. With Reaper it is not like that at all. I always enjoyed doing Reaper's RPs. And Reaper has a very interesting/original gimmick in my opinion, a psychotic hero/dark magician with a mild case of autism.

Now, he gets a bad rap amongst some of the WKF alumni, but one of my favourite gimmicks is Bobby Beach - the hand mirror carrying, self-loving S.O.B. of WKF. He had a great theme, and was just generally quite a fun character (rare in WKF).
I'd mention Syn and Reaper, but I've already been beaten to it!

Now being the fed head who has seen it all here. I'm going to list my favorite character from each era in this fed.
The Unified Era:
I would have to say Mariano Fernandez. The guy with the squeaky clean babyface character who has a lot of nerdy traits in him, but Mariano is a guy who made that work to perfection. He wrote his ass off and he won the PCW World Heavyweight Championship with a Pokemon RP and helped save PCW from evil. While some may think his type of character is bland and whatnot, Mariano doesn't make it that way. He adds his own form of comedy while humiliating the opponent (his RP's against both Chemical X and Rob Osbourne as examples). And that's just one of the reason's why Mariano Fernandez is one of the greatest character PCW has ever had.
The Golden Era/Post MWF Era:
I can't pick just one and since these two are a group so I'll put them together. Probably my favorite character's from this era is Yoshiru Long and Sickboy (now Curtis Wilkes) of The Elite. Much like you have seen in this run from what they are all about, The Elite were just as, if not more ruthless back then and there was a huge reason why they held the World Heavyweight Championship for a good chunk of the time. They are that damn good and as heels, without question two of the best we have ever had. They're talents and the right booking got them over HUGE and it's why they are permanent main eventer's here.
The Revival Era (current):
There have been quite a few good character's to come in. Whether it's the Adrien Cochrane character, Jay Thunder, Syn and anybody else, but I'm gonna go with somebody who started out from the bottom in the first run and finally captured the big one not too long ago. That's right, Heather Monroe is the choice here. There's just something about the character for me that makes her one of my favorite's. She fights for what she believes in, she doesn't give up, she doesn't run from the past and she always goes that extra mile to achieve her goals. Her writing ability also shows that time after time again and seeing the character win the big one was a good moment, a feel good story because she deserved it and she did well as champion when she held it.

I'd also be re-miss if I failed to mention Yoshiru Long and Curtis Wilkes, both individually and as the tandem of The Elite. I back them to win every time for a reason. Their RPs are always a great read (a perfect antidote for the nonsense I write), their characters have a perfect mix of humour and darkness, and are generally just very well developed.

since I'm a sucker for dark gimmicks, I'm also going to mention Damon Warrens ''the REAL Nitemare'' I enjoy what I have seen of Nate's work with Damon, and I'm going to admit, I don't really know shit about Rob Osbourne other than what I have been told about him, but I bet he had nothing on Damon.

I'm also going to go down the path and state Syn. Syn being one of my favorite character's here. He's a lot like the Joker as has been pointed out by Reaper, but Tom has his own spin on it. Yeah he's evil but he does in a way where it looks natural and he's a gentleman in a small sense (at least seen on Twitter) and at least to me, Tom does that gimmick the best.
Another one I'm going to name drop and yeah, it's not groundbreaking but I'll do it anyways, is Talia Skye. It's no secret that Nathan and I are "e-BFF's" and PCW wise, going against the Talia character was my character's first major feud/storyline so I am biased in that sense. Talia has this persona of somebody who's not afraid to be bitchy, glamorous and go the extra mile, but a major difference in those who play those type of gimmicks, is the sense of loyalty she has in her friends and family as well as having a side of her who is very kind and loving to the fans and the ones close to her. Nathan has his own spin on it which makes Talia different than those other characters. And she's a personal favorite of mine from his selection of characters.

Okay I am bringing this thread back from the dead again. When I get it going, it's usually very active, and it's fun to toss out opinions! I'll try to have a new topic every round!
This round's topic: The Best and Worst Angles or Feuds in e-fedding!
This topic is pretty self-explanatory. What do you feel are the best and/or worst angles (or feuds) you have seen or maybe even been a part of in e-fedding?
I'll get us going... one of my favourite angles had to be the werewolf/clown Elite return angle. Why? A return angle, especially of a group as well known in PCW as the Elite are, is hard to keep underwraps for long. Considering the time span that most of us were unable to figure out who the clown and werewolf were I am pretty dang amazed. The clown/werewolf angle was so outside of the Elite 'box' that nobody saw it coming. Their execution of the return makes it one of my 'fave fives'.

One of the worst angles I have ever seen is Bromance' debut angle back in WKF. They hyped theirselves up like they were going to be the greatest tag team in the world. They had a countdown at the beginning of the angle and everything.........They turned out to be nothing but complete shit.

Sticking with the WKF theme, I think the Resistance angle had potential to be pretty decent...unfortunately, I kinda lost interest in WKF at the time. Therefore, Xavier Donovan was a flop, The Resistance angle was ruined and the whole thing just sucked. A great idea, which I ruined

Eh, sticking with the last two posts, I agree with Liam about the Resistance, but for a different reason. It was originally meant to be a means to take out The DOS. But it ended up being tossed to the wayside in favor of a one-on-one feud between Syn and one of the members of the group (Don't remember which one). The feud ended up being scrapped for some odd reason or another, something about a heel turn that was supposed to happen.

I believe it was Charlie White, Tom.
The biggest problem with The Resistance was that it was my idea (IIRC) and yet the fed-head decided who was going to be in the stable, I had no say in who joined.

Post by Syn on Apr 15, 2013 20:57:04 GMT -5
That's weak, man. If the stable was your idea and such, you should have been given some creative input as to who went and who didn't.

I agree with Tom. That was fucking stupid. Fed heads should allow their handlers to decide turning heel or face, and who is in THEIR stable.

I know we erased this from history, and we're pretending it never happened, but I'm going to list this as one of the worst angles anyways........Reaper laying down for Syn! Tom and I did NOT want that to happen. We actually wanted Reaper to get black mailed into joining the DOS which would make fucking sence, but noooooooooooo. D wanted to have Reaper lay down for Syn and gladly join the DOS.

Best Angles: Toxic vs The #BRM/#TeamLethality
This angle has been going on since around the time I got here (About two years and some change), and has yet to get old. It introduces new twists, turns, and branch off feuds at every turn, and is becoming one of my favorite angles to watch play out.

Best: I've been here since day one (literally and I never get tired of saying that lol), but I'm concurring and saying that the best feud is without question Toxic vs. The Black Rose Mafia/Toxic. Part of it is because I have been a part of the rivalry since it's inception almost two years ago (we started the Mafia on the third and final Sunday Night Knockout of the PCW era), but through every twist and turn, it goes and goes on and it never gets old. Even Team Lethality today is keeping it strong and is providing a lot of great moments for this feud. I'm not sure if it will ever end, but I know I want to see how it plays out.
Worst angle: You can classify this as the worst for me, but it's also one that pisses me off royally. Danielle Lopez nearly being hanged to death on a CWF show. I never passed on that shit and I didn't like being the victim in some bullshit thing that at the end of it, did absolutely nothing for anybody involved.

Best: All the above
Worst: Leon's possession gets the best of him and forces a heel turn in CWF. Yea, Im was not thinking straight when I thought heel turn

Although I was pretty much on the way out the door at this point, I remember them doing a Mariano heel turn, which as we all know Mariano's character pretty well, a heel run would never work for him. They had it for I think it was a month or two and it was just awkward. In theory, it was probably a good idea on paper, but it didn't exactly do anything for him in the end. Thankfully he did recover to where he became "The White Knight" and win the PCW World Heavyweight Championship.

This round at the table will be: OMG/WTF Moments in e-fedding.
These are moments that shocked you. Whether it be a moment that you were happily surprised by, or one that you sat there shaking your head thinking.... "did I really just read that?"
