He stated that he will continue to be a member of the JPW Board of Directors, but he feels it is time to step down as the Owner of JPW, he then welcomed out the Vice President of JPW who also happens to be his Daughter and the NEW Owner of JPW, Amy Riyamatsu. The crowd didn't seem happy about this, and Amy told him that won't be happening. Takito asked her why, and Amy told him that he is no longer the General Manager of JPW. Amy says that JPW don't need a General Manager because she will be running the shows, and calling all the shots from now on, but tells Takito that she has a heart, so she will give him a option. He can either join John Kangoksu and Chan Miku at the Japanese commentary table, and do commentary.....or he can just take his ball and go home because she will NEVER put him back in a position of power again. The crowd gave a huge standing ovation for this, and Takito just glared at her before leaving the ring, and joining the Japanese announce team. Amy went to say more, but Hiroshi Ming came out to the ring (wearing a t shirt and jeans for the first time since joining the Image) to huge boos from the crowd. Amy told Ming that she don't appreciate him interrupting her. JPW on YouTube Episode 1 Location: Metropolitan Gymnasium in Tokyo, Japan Attendance: 9,994 Commentators: John Kangoksu, Chan Miku and Takito Miyakutsu English Commentators: Stan Ross, Monica Garcia and Ronnie Horton
The show starts and footage of the press conference with Amy Riyamatsu and Danielle Lopez was shown, highlighting that JPW and WWA have embarked on more details about the affiliation between the two companies. Both Japanese and English commentators comment that this is beneficial for both sides and anticipate on when the announcement for their joint show is coming.
Match 1: Morgan Simmons def. Luke Davis via pinfall in 10:12 - This match up featured two of the top wrestlers in their respective divisions. Luke was fired up for this one, but so was Morgan, who was extra aggressive in this one. The former Junior Heavyweight Champion gave it his all, but Morgan had a counter for everything Luke had, and ended up winning this one with a crushing Synn-Full Ride to Hell.
Match 2: Elena Cruz def. Kevin Hikorioku via pinfall in 13:44 - This was a hard hitting battle between two competitors in the Pure Division. Halfway through the match, Elena used up all of her rope breaks as Kevin attempted to make her tap out with a lot of leg based submission holds. Kevin however, wasn't shy about also using closed fists, which prompted a warning from the referee. Despite being at a disadvantage for a sizable portion of the match, Elena managed to pull out the victory in the end when she hit Kevin Hikorioku with the E-Drop.
An advertisement for the February Super Show was shown, highlighting Ciarin Quin to defend the JPW World Championship against Yuki Totatso and Hiroshi Ming.
Main Event: Fierce Royalty def. The Boston Bombshells via pinfall in 20:13 - This was a brawl before the match officially began. Dana and Amber were willing and able to take the fight to Christina and Shawn. Once the match officially got underway, the aggression turned up. Dana and Amber managed to isolate Christina for a portion of the match, until she tagged in Shawn Davis, who did not look pleased one bit. After Shawn hit Amber with the Toxic Fall, Christina tagged herself in and got the pin.
After the match was over, Christina gloated about her team's victory over The Boston Bombshells, which didn't make Shawn Davis happy as he did most of the brunt work to make the victory possible. Before anything could happen, Morgan Simmons came down with a chair and bashed Shawn in the skull with it as a form of payback from Night of Dragons. She tried to go after Christina, but she immediately retreated, not wanting any part of an angry Morgan Simmons. Morgan helps up her two sisters and stands alongside them, while daring Christina to come back to the ring to fight her. A staredown between Fierce and Morgan from their respective positions is what ends the show.
