We see a Japanese home in America. How? Inheritance. Hano Eiyu had been given the home his deceased master had always owned. Inside, we see Hano sitting cross legged as sipping some herbal tea.
Hano Eiyu: PCW...an interesting place.
Suddenly, he heard footsteps on the wooden floor. It was quiet enough for a mouse to sneak, but Hano managed to hear. He was still in his seat, sipping on his tea.
Hano Eiyu: Speak, trespasser.

As Hano awaits a response, the door slides open, revealing a handsome man, who appears to be in his early thirties. He has on casual attire. A red t-shirt with a tribal-like printing, along with jeans and faded-brown shoes. Bruce Hoffman: Hano Eiyu, I'm assuming? Name's Bruce Hoffman. Apparently, we're gonna be opponents at the upcoming PCW show, and I wanted to see you face-to-face. Upon looking up and down at his opponent-to-be, Bruce simply smirks.Bruce Hoffman: Would you mind sparing some of that herbal tea? Coffee places around here have a tendency to....well, suck. TBC

Hano doesn't look back. However, he pours him another cup of tea and puts it up in the air for Bruce to take.

Taking it from the man's hand, Bruce smiles and nods.Bruce Hoffman: Much obliged. As he leans against the doorway, Bruce continues to speak, in between sips of his tea.Bruce Hoffman: So, Hano, as I just said, you and I are opponents. Seeing as I was in the area, I figured I'd stop by before heading to the gym......Oh, where are my manners? Bruce uses his free hand to remove his sandals before tossing them aside. He knew it wasn't proper etiquette to wear shoes in a house like the one he was in. As he took another sip of his tea, the man walks over to where Hano sat and knelled down. Legs crossed, he sat feet away from Hano.Bruce Hoffman: Look, I've seen plenty of your stuff and, I do admit, you've got skills. However, that doesn't mean that you'll win every single battle. See, I'm not looking to make an impact. And, come the night of the match, I just wanna say to you: There is absolutely NO shame in losing to me. None, whatsoever. TBC

Hano simply sips his tea.
Hano Eiyu: What you say is true. There is no shame in losing to you.
His voice was very calm like the breeze.
Hano Eiyu: But like most others, I will not hold back any form of strength, whatsoever. You can win against me, but I will not be easy to defeat.

Bruce Hoffman: It's just that you seriously think you have what it takes to last against me?

Hano Eiyu: Have you ever heard of the term "know your enemy and know yourself"? Obviously, you don't know me well, which means you underestimate me.

Bruce Hoffman: *laughing* What exactly is there about you to "underestimate?" You see, friend, I'm not underestimating you; You are overestimating yourself, Hano. And that is the greatest mistake anyone in this sport can make.

Bruce Hoffman: Yes, I do. You see, in the ring, you'll find out that all the kendo training and herbal teas won't prevent you from simply being out-skilled and out-matched. No "Fourth-Style Katanarama Splashes" will save you. Nothing will keep me from casting down my judgment.

Hano Eiyu: Are you here just to insult me? Or to embarrass yourself? Your style is very unoriginal and predictable, which allows me I read your movements and defeat you. Your arrogance is also another flaw, which can also be your downfall.

Bruce Hoffman: Now, now, no need to get teary-eyed. I know it must come as a blow that your debut match will go up in smoke, but I implore that you take your beating like a man. Who knows, if you prove to be a good enough punching-bag, I might--just might--grant you a rematch sometime in the future. After taking another sip, Bruce sees that his cup is empty. Without another word, he casually reaches over, taking the tea-pot as he pours out some more tea into the cup. Bruce Hoffman: Thank you. Bruce puts the tea-pot down. Bruce Hoffman: I'm not here to "insult" you, as you put it. I'm merely here to enlighten you. Educate you, Hano. I want you to have the pleasure of meeting a real wrestler. I mean, it's not often a fan gets to meet a pro wrestler, Hano. That's exactly what you are: A fan. One who thinks that just because he sees something on TV, that he can recreate it to perfection.

Hano Eiyu: If I was a fan, I would've heard of you before. This is the first time I've heard of you. To be frank, I'm not surprised by you. At all.
He took the teapot to the back.
Hano Eiyu: And I don't copy perfection. I create it as my own.
He puts it in the kitchen.
Hano Eiyu: Shouldn't you be in the gym now?

Bruce Hoffman: So, does this mean that you don't follow wrestling, at all? Cause all real fans know wrestlers when they see them...

Hano Eiyu: I create my own wrestling. And I am not a fan of your unknown work. I suggest you leave before there's trouble.
