1.) Danielle Lopez (Last Show: 2)
- Danielle nabs the number one spot in the Premium Five rankings by defeating Curtis Wilkes in the main event of Rapture. The PCW World Champion is proving to be a force to be reckoned with as she's gaining all of these wins and this win cements her as an all time great in PCW, but Danielle knows that she has to do more if she wants to remain PCW World Heavyweight Champion.
2.) Ryan "The Reaper" Robinson (Last Show: 1)
- The Reaper gets his third straight victory with a win over Draven Logan Kennedy, while preventing Jay Thunder from cashing in his briefcase against him once more. Reaper's roll continues on and the Platinum Champion has targets from all sides. Can he keep the momentum going forward?
3.) "The Evangelist" Jerry Matthews (Last Show: 5)
- Matthews moves up to the third spot by beating Smith Jones in what Shannon Saint described as a classic match, and it's hard to argue how good the match was. Matthews' hatred for Nightrain is about at a boiling point and he wants Nightrain to show up badly, but will he get him is the question.
4.) Brytain Montgomery (Last Show: 3)
- Brytain remains undefeated as she made Mya Denton submit and then beat the hell out of her ankle some more after the match. Brytain also has Smith Jones gunning for the Broadcast Championship she preciously holds. She knows she is a target and she relishes it and it's only going to get tougher from here on out.
5.) Brian Stryker (Last Show: Not Ranked)
- Brian Stryker makes his debut on the Premium Five by defeating The Lone Ranger. Stryker has bounced back rather well here with back to back victories but his road is much tougher going forward as he wants to get back to where he was when he was the PCW Broadcast Champion, but for now, he gets the fifth and final spot on the Premium Five rankings.
