1.) Danielle Lopez (Last Show: 1)
- For the second show in a row, Danielle Lopez grabs the top spot in the Premium Five rankings as she defeated Kai in the main event of Rapture, but it came with a price as she was attacked afterwards by a masked man who revealed himself as the returning Syn and a group called Project Venom. How Danielle's condition heading into Wrestle Extravaganza is a mystery, but if the past is any indication... the PCW World Champion will show up to her title defense whether she's 10% or 100%
2.) Brytain Montgomery (Last Show: 4)

She defeated Jerry Matthews to go to seven wins and zero losses, but the Broadcast Champion sent a message to Smith Jones by brutalizing Mya Denton to where she bled and wrote a message to Smith with Mya's blood. With her brutalizing tactics, Brytain Montgomery slides into the second spot on the rankings.
3.) Ryan "The Reaper" Robinson (Last Show: 2)
- Ryan "The Reaper" Robinson got the victory over his long time nemesis Jimmy Gambino in a brutal Hardcore match, but with the fantastic night Brytain had, he slides down to third. 4.) Brian Stryker (Last Show: 5)
