On August 8th, 2020, Mariella Lopez along with Amanda McDaniels and Jeannie Walker (Mandy "The Monster" and Big Beauty, respectively) were arrested in connection with a brawl that took place at a convenience store in Pierre, South Dakota following the Beach Bash V pay-per-view event. While McDaniels and Walker had already paid their fines, they appeared yesterday in court and were each given two years probation with one-hundred hours of community service. With this being their first offense, judges thought to give them a fairly light but still strict sentence. With their probation, both are strictly prohibited from leaving the country with zero exceptions.
Meanwhile earlier today, Mariella appeared at the Hughes County courthouse in Pierre, South Dakota, and after hours of deliberation, an agreement has finally been reached in this case. While the Disturbing the Peace charge was dropped, her Disorderly conduct and Battery charges were made public and she was looking at anywhere between three to five years of jail time if found guilty. In this plea deal, Lopez's charges were reduced and she was sentenced to three years probation, an immediate $1,000 fine, two-hundred forty hours of community service and is strictly prohibited from leaving the country during her probation period with no exceptions.
