Match 1: Lethal Cup tournament
3. Tara Cabral defeated 8. Kate Steele in 8:46: To begin the match, Steele blindsided Tara with a cheapshot before the match started and had a nearfall. The match itself was very competitive as Tara made a comeback, and eventually hit the Tara-Rizer for the victory. Zella and Zaira came out to attack Tara after the match but The Reaper came out for the save. Tara and Reaper turned Zella and Zaira away with a Tara-Rizer/Fear The Reaper combination… but the duo was attacked by Calista, Alice Manson and Bathory. The numbers were too overpowering for both to fight against despite the valiant effort, and The Prophecy stood tall together.
Video Package/Interview
Morgan Simmons and Reyna Carter: There was a video package highlighting the hatred these two have for one another. Detailing their time together as teammates in The Horsewomen to the betrayal at Wildcard VII: Canadian Chaos. The camera panned to the back where Morgan Simmons reiterated that Reyna deserved what she had coming to her this past Friday for running her mouth and she's here tonight to watch her cousin Jenn stomp the living hell out of "La Paloma".
Match 2: Singles Match
Maya Parsons defeated Erin Hayes in 7:12: Parsons cut a promo before the match, running down Hayes for coming up short in the Scars of Wrestling Cup. Hayes came out and fired back saying Parsons was eliminated first in the three way dance so both of them have something to prove, and that's exactly what the match was, a proving match between two young prospects. Parsons managed to get the win with a rollup. Fairly standard match and there was respect shared between the two competitors. Parsons was greeted at the top of the ramp by fellow Mi Pi Sexy member Kelly Hampton. The two of them have a discussion before going to the back together to further their conversation
Match 3: Lethal Cup Tournament
10. Athena defeated 12. Talia Areano in 9:23: There was a sense of respect between these two honorable competitors and they gave each other a clean contest, no shenanigans necessary. It was an aerial style contest that featured a lot of high risk moves. But Athena eventually put Areano away with the Goddess Cutter. There was a handshake between the two after the match.
Post match interview
Athena and Richelle Ross: Richelle interviewed Athena, and the latter said her goal is to be the WWA World Champion once again. She explained how she was sidetracked by smaller issues such as Shannon Saint and the "McCheese" crime family syndicate. She says she will bring that same energy for her second round match up against Crystal Alvarez.
Match 4: Singles Match
Yang Shu defeated Bianca Page in 9:22: This was a revenge match of sorts as Shu was very close at Wildcard IX, and Bianca Page wants to go to two wins and zero losses. The two of them gave each other a fight. Just as Page had this one won, she didn’t account for Shu having a little bit more in the tank than everybody thought as she executed a roll up and got a Three count before quickly bailing as Page was irate about losing to Yang Shu.
Match 5: Tag Team Match
Super Ultra Friendship Gang (Marci Blake and Serenity Gray) defeated The Insanity Patients (Cora Quinn and Harley Green) in 6:33: This was the debut for Blake and Gray and they looked very sharp against a mainstay tag team within the federation. The Patients made things a little interesting, but the Super Ultra Friendship Gang managed to drop Harley Green with The Power of Positivity to get the win in their debut. The Killswitch Knockouts duo of Lilith Evans and Yasmeen Dumont were seen watching the match, looking on with interest and seemed impressed with what they had just witnessed.
Backstage: Courtney Erickson was by herself, and explained her actions from this past Friday. She was frustrated that she was let go of her job three months ago, and blames Richelle Ross for shoving her out to get that lead interview spot. Now she's back but as a talent and her first order of business is to make Richelle pay for getting her fired. She concluded by saying Friday was a sample size of what she was going to do to Richelle Ross going forward.
Match 6: Tag Team Match
Wildside (Seleana and Zenna Zdunich) defeated The Paisley Sisters (Sarah and Tina Paisley) in 5:54: Coming off one of their worst losses in the War Games match, the Zdunich Sisters that makes up the tag team Wildside was up against another sister duo in The Paisley Sisters. Sarah disrespected the Swedish nationality of the Zdunich girls which caused Wildside's manager Eavan Maloney to smack the hell out of her which gave Wildside the upperhand from the jump. From there it was all Wildside as they hit Sarah with Ride The Lightning for the win.
Backstage
Mariella Lopez and Kate Steele were seen, and the former talked about Athena, saying there is unfinished business between her and Steele. Even though she lost to a “average” competitor like Tara Cabral, Mariella says Kate will be moving on to Athena and warns the “Demi Goddess” that “The Siren” will be coming to collect at any point on her own leisure.
Match 7: Lethal Cup Tournament
11. Raven Crowe defeated 5. Zombie Pellegrini in 8:37: This one was a contrast of styles as well as a potential conflict of interest when it came to Raven's manager Eavan Maloney who is also a friend and former teammate of Zombie's... but to her credit, Eavan played it completely neutral and let the competitors go at it. There were times where Raven had the match won but the nearfalls were angering her, and the same could be said for Zombie as well. The end was Zombie tried the Zombie Steiner from the top... but Raven turned it into a powerbomb from the top, which afterwards allowed her to hit the Coven Backbreaker for the victory.
Post Match interview
Eavan Maloney and Raven Crowe: Backstage, Eavan told everybody that people should not be sleeping on her Gothic princess in this tournament. She says Raven can be like her and win the whole damn thing. She touts Rachel Robinson's comeback story and respects the want to go out on her own terms but this particular story is going to fall short at the hands of Raven Crowe. The former WWA World Champion also added that if Talia Areano wants a fight, Raven isn’t a hard person to find, she’ll be the one with the “Serpent” speaking loud and proud for the “Gothic Princess”. She concluded by talking about Morgan Simmons, saying that in twelve days she will be the UNDISPUTED and UNDENIABLE WWA World Champion and there’s not a damn thing she can do about it.
Match 8: Singles Match
Jenn Simmons defeated La Paloma in 6:31: This was Jenn's first singles match in WWA and there was a ton of hype surrounding "The Boston Baroness". To her credit, she did not disappoint as she put La Paloma to work. Paloma had a little bit of offense but it was all Jenn and she managed to put her away with The Patriot Way for the win.
Main Event: Lethal Cup Tournament
2. Mariah Lopez def 13. Christina Fierce in 7:59: First round match in The Lethal Cup tournament pitted two longtime enemies from the Team Lethality/Toxic days against one another. Fierce was trying to stall but eventually Mariah caught up to her and gave her a major beating, unleashing STIFF shots towards one-third of the Trios Champions before hitting her with the STFU Driver to end the match and officially win the bet. The show draws to a close as Mariah celebrates her victory.
