*We are backstage in the locker room at Fed Ex Forum arena. Hours before Slamathon Jay Miller is already here checking out the arena. He is backstage preparing for his match and had a little more to say about his opponent SJ Funk. We walk into his locker room and see him preparing for his match. He is wearing his first attire from the EAW. Grateful Dead bandanna which is obviously tie dye with the dancing bears all over, a Grateful Dead Tie-Dye with black jean shorts and black Nike athletic shoes. He is putting on his elbow pad and knee brace as he notices he camera is rolling.
"SJ, I just had a few things to get off my shoulders brother. I have a hell of alot of respect for you man. I feel very honored in the matter you challenged me last week on Rapture. It's good to know a well known athlete like yourself, well respeced athlete like yourself wants to step into the ring with me because you were impressed with my performance. Really bro that means alot to me. Your not gonna have to worry about a damn thing with me cheating or scamming a way to get a victory because I will keep it fair in the square my friend. I'll be damned if anybody attempts to come down and interupt a great match just to get back at you. That will ruin it for the fans who are paying damn good money to see us square off in the ring tonight. If it comes down to that, whether it's during or after the match? I got your back brother. I may have got ahead of myself just a little bit, but I got confidence I can defeat you in the ring. I either worded thing wrong, or you misunderstood one thing I said. When I said that you already have your fame and fortune with PCW, I didn't mean you being famous like a celebrity or making money. I agree with you fully on that SJ. I am not in it for the money either, the only part about the money I care about is what the fans pay to see great athletes like us step into the ring. And by your fame? I was trying to say your fame is from the success you have had in this business, no just PCW. You are very well known here in PCW, and I felt like you are doing me a favor by stepping into the ring with me tonight at Slamathon. We both have alot in common with this match up tonight. But only one of us will come out victorious, so I will take back what I said about my prediction because either of us know what will happen. So in closing SJ Funk, may the best man win. Even though this is only the second match of the night, it has the potential to be the Main Event. I also wasn't even trying to be disrespectful at the end of my interview. Since it's retro night I figure I would say a little Jay Miller retro to close it out. I'll make sure Mike is writing down the lessons you and I are going to learn from each other in that ring. We both can teach and learn off our performance, I hope you understand what I am trying to say there. I am a man of my word and everything I said is true. I will not be pulling any bull shit SJ, it will be a fair and square matchup my friend, you have my word on that. I'll see ya in the ring SJ, good luck to ya!"
*The camera man begins walking out of Jay Miller's locker room as he begins to prepare for his match. As the door closes the camera slowly fades to black on Jay Miller's tag on the door.*[/size]
