Personality: Usually amiable, quick witted and happy-go-lucky. This show has brought back a dark side to his character which he had previously worked hard to erase.
Brief Bio: After a 13 year career, Liam Reilly retired from full time competition after stints in SCWE, PCW, WKF, ECCW, LW, a return to PCW, and finally CCP. Despite his best efforts to mend damaged relationships with PCW at the end of his time in the company, he still feels bitter about how his run came to an end and some of the events which came to pass, both leading up to him quitting PCW and after he signed for CCP. Now, with one last chance to put things right, he has come back to quell the bitterness inside him.
Style: Old school technical style, focusing on wearing down particular body parts to prepare for submissions. Uses a vast array of suplexes. Tries to slow the pace of matches down. Also uses power moves and has some high flying moves in his repetoire.
Entrance:
The lights go out in the arena, before the first distorted strains of "Ironman" by Black Sabbath play out into the darkness, illiciting a chorus of boos.
'"I AM IRONMAN"'
One by one, starting in the ring and making their way towards the stage, a series of spotlights illuminate the entrance ramp. A final spotlight rests on the curtain, through which Liam Reilly emerges. As he walks through each spotlight it cuts out, leaving the path he has left behind in darkness again. Liam slides under the ring, making his way to the centre where the remaining spotlight also cuts out. After a few moments each turnbuckle unleashes a brief pyro, briefly illuminating the figure of Liam in the ring with his arms stretched wide and his head facing down as he absorbs the hostile reaction from the crowd. After a final explosion of fireworks, the lights return to the arena and the crowd takes in the sight of Liam smirking back at them.
