Note: Little shorter than the last RP. Working over 40 hours a week sucks and really this was the only time I could truly post an RP. Wanted to avoid a no show for the Battlefield match and I know this RP sucks so apologies for it's horribleness and will try for a better performance next time.
The scene opens up to an apartment complex over in Los Angeles, California. It's sunny outside and it's relatively quiet. A stark contrast to how it usually is out there. Standing with a landlord, is Christina Pérez and Ivette Hernandez. Both dressed professionally in business suits and flats. They walk around, looking for a suitable apartment for the two ladies.
Landlord: Now this apartment here is a three bedroom one, two bathrooms and you get a patio to watch everything around you.
Christina and Ivette look at each other, trying to figure out whether it's the right fit or not.
Landlord: I see you guys are taking your time in deciding whether this place is the right one for you?
Christina Pérez: We're taking that and how much it costs into consideration.
Landlord: I see.
Ivette Hernandez: I'm not sure about Christina here. But I definitely want to know the amount of money we have to pay per month to live here.
Christina Pérez: I'm with her on this one.
The landlord nods his head as he seems to understand the concerns they have.
Landlord: How does 800 a month sound?
Christina and Ivette huddle up and talk about it. They spend a few minutes talking before they have come up with their decision.
Christina Pérez: Mr. Man. We have a deal.
Landlord: Excellent, excellent. And please, call me Charles. I am your landlord now and I would love to get to know you two more.
Christina Pérez: Well, Charles. Thanks for the welcoming and we'll see if our schedule can allow that to happen.
Landlord: Alright. I'll be going back down and watching some television. Take care you two.
Christina and Ivette watch the landlord walk by with a rather cheesy smile on his face. The Glamorous/Vicious Combination shake their heads before entering their brand new homes which to their surprise, has some furniture in there already.
Christina Pérez: New furniture? This is different.
Ivette Hernandez: You don't say. But I'm not going to complain.
Christina Pérez: It's free. You might as well take the damn thing for yourselves.
Ivette Hernandez: Damn right.
Christina and Ivette check out the rest of the house and they are excited as they see a bed in the bedroom.
Christina Pérez: OH MY GOD! We even have beds.
Ivette Hernandez: This is certainly awesome. It's like we have most of our foundation already set. Just without a TV and a few other things.
Christina Pérez: We're going to bring those tomorrow by the way.
Ivette Hernandez: You know we will. We HAVE to.
Christina Pérez: Agreed. Let me call Ki for a minute.
Christina pulls out her phone and dials Kilo's number. Not too long later, he answers.
Kilo Pérez: Hey.
Christina Pérez: Hello, Ki. Guess what we did?
Kilo Pérez: I don't know. Is it good or bad.
Christina Pérez: Haha. It's good and positive.
Kilo Pérez: Great. What did you two do?
Christina Pérez: Ivette and I got ourselves a new apartment.
Suddenly, there was silence over the phone. Christina wasn't sure what was going on so she speaks into it.
Christina Pérez: Hello.
Kilo Pérez: I'm still here.
Christina Pérez: So what do you think?
Kilo Pérez: Very proud of you both for going out there and getting your own place. It takes time getting back to your feet but you two are doing it admirably.
Christina Pérez: Thanks. If it wasn't for your constant persistence. We wouldn't have had the courage to go out there and search.
Kilo Pérez: Hey, what can I say? I'm a motivational speaker. But this is step one though.
Christina Pérez: Agreed.
Kilo Pérez: Well I have to go. Cable guy's supposed to be coming over.
Christina Pérez: Aww, he's going to "fix" your "cable".
Kilo Pérez: So dirty minded you are. But I do have to get that replaced.
Christina Pérez: I understand. We'll see you tomorrow. Bye.
Phone call ends.
Ivette Hernandez: So what did he say?
Christina Pérez: He's happy for us.
Ivette Hernandez: Awesome.
Christina Pérez: Want to look around the rest of the place before we get the rest of our shit from Ki's house?
Ivette Hernandez: Sure. We have nothing to do. Let's go.
Christina and Ivette go look around the apartment some more and the scene fades out.
----------------------------------
Christina Pérez: It looks like Ivette and I are going to be in the Struggle for Power Battlefield match. How delightful. Over thirty men and women competing in this match up for the ages and the prize at the end of the tunnel? A PCW World Heavyweight Championship match at Battle Finale III in our home state. It's something everybody here wants but only one can really achieve it.
As I just said. There are a number of competitors in this match. Most we don't know of, some we have had some animosity against and some we once were allied with. A mixture of everything and we couldn't be anymore pleased with it. We welcome the challenges of anybody that wants a go at us. We have proven time after time again that we are not afraid of a little competition and we have had some great moments in our time here. Our feud and matches against the Xtremely Lethal Ladies is something we're most proud of because that was what helped make us into viable talents in this company today and it put us on the map as far as tag team wrestling was concerned.
Who shall we talk about? I got it. Let's talk about our now former stablemates. Toxic Disciples of Syn and Morgan or whatever they're going by these days. They disgust me. They are way in over their heads. I would even go as far as saying that they are on a major power trip. Morgan especially. She thinks she's the absolute shit that she believes kicking the people who really were the biggest contributions towards making Toxic what it is today, is a smart move? Get the fuck out of here with that. To top it all off. We were replaced with a slut who bangs more men than Jenna Jameson and an idiot who has severe mental problems. What the fuck?
Ivette Hernandez: It's a head scratcher. What's worse is that we were attacked by them just as we were about to beat them. Yes, if they hadn't have pulled out that act. We would have beaten them and gone home. But then again, they're cowards. They can't do it fairly and they have to have their little puppets do the dirty work. And that even includes a glorified slut named Jenny Tuck.
Christina Pérez: Ugh! I am trying not to remember that but that fucking bitch and her wife, girlfriend or whatever she is, put us to the ground. As well as Team Lethality members. They thought they can take all of us down for the count. Well... they're wrong. Ivette and I aren't going down easily.
Ivette Hernandez: When have we ever gone down without a fight?
Christina Pérez: Not once. And we're not going to start now. Team Lethality. That's a group we both have had differences with. Their leader is somebody whom we have had the upperhand against numerous times and a big part in generating one of the greatest tag team rivalries in the last three years. Danielle says that while we don't like each other, there is a level of respect between us and she's absolutely right. More likely than not, we're never going to see eye to eye and that's something we all can agree with but we do have respect for one another and like our matches against you and Desiree. We're going to deliver another good one here.
Ivette Hernandez: While we respect Danielle Lopez. We certainly haven't forgotten that there are other prominent members of Team Lethality. I do want to thank you guys for attempting to watch our backs against Toxic's Disciples. With our history, you didn't have to do it but you did and we show gratitude to you for it. And one day in the future, we will repay that favor. Back to you guys though. You guys are serious threats in the company and certainly provide a huge challenge. But Ivette and I provide the same and it is every person for themselves. Something we obviously know is the case and we make no bones about the possibility of us having to go through the other to win it.
Christina Pérez: Exactly because we'll still be friends at the end of the day. But Toxic's Disciples and Team Lethality members aren't the only ones in this match. Hall of Famers, Legends, newer talent. It's a who's who list of stars in this match. Aside from Heather Monroe, Adrien Cochrane and a few other names. The entire roster is competing for a shot at the greatest prize in wrestling today. Mariano Fernandez said that PCW makes legends. Well a legend will certainly be made in this match and Ivette and I plan on making a BIG impact.
Ivette Hernandez: It doesn't matter who you are and what your standing is in the company. Win or lose, we will make an impression and we are prepared for anything and everything that can be thrown our way.
Christina Pérez: Couldn't have said that better myself. December 8th at MSG. We'll be ready for the competition. Until then, be glamorous and we'll see you at Struggle for Power III.
Fade to black.
