It's finally here! The beta version of the most highly anticipated game to date...the Virtual Reality Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (VRMMORPG) <<Sword Art Online>>. I just finished reading the manual and am readty to go. I insert the carriage into the NerveGear VR helmet. I plug in the helmet and place it on top of my head. Good thing I already entered the calibrations on the website.

I lay on the bed, placing the helmet on my head. I lay there, waiting. seconds feel like hours. I just want to sign in. To play the first ever <<VRMMORPG>> of its kind. Almost there. I feel sweat down my neck. The anticipation is killing me. Come on! I never felt so anxious since my World Title victory against Mariano.

After a bright light, and a few minutes in the registration menu, I see a church in front of me in the middle of a town. I look up, the sun shining an the clouds. I look down at my hand, squeezing a fist. I smirk. I cannot believe. This is the feeling of Virtual Reality. It feels so...real. I pull out my sword attached to a leather sheath on my back, looking into the blade's reflection of my character. I look like I should be more an antagonist. Me face looks innocent, yet malevolent, especially with my long black hair. I look down at my starting gear, which is also leather, as expected. I feel like a true warrior now. Not just a PCW warrior, but a swordsman as well.

Around me, the other 9,999 other beta testers appear, logging in to begin the test. I cannot believe it. What a view to see almost 10,000 people log on at the same time. All complete strangers at one point, now getting to know each other. I decide to venture off to the fields to begin my run. This is a limited run, lasting only 2 months. So I shouldn't waste my first minutes chatting with people. I save that for the boss raids.

I leave the village and enter the surrounding plains. The vast beauty is so majestic. Far more beautiful than the real world. It feels more natural. Birds chirping, sun shining...and a pig man-handling another player. Apparently, he must have forgot read the manual when he received his copy and jumped straight on. I sigh, not wanting to see this guy embarrass himself by getting killed by a Level 1 monster. I grab my sword and activate a <<Sword Skill>>, special techniques in the game, as magic is nonexistent. My sword glows a greyish color as I charge at the boar, slicing at the boar. The pig's HP drops to 0 and it disappears into millions of polygons. I re-sheath me blade and offer my hand in assistance to the player.

Leon: Someone forgot to read the manual?

The man, with spiky brown hair, a red bandana, starting armor, and a spear, accepts my hand as I pull him up.

: Thanks man, I do admit, I got so excited that I forgot to read the manual.

Yukimura: Yukimura. You can just call me Yuki.

Leon: Oh, like Sanada Yukimura?

Yukimura: The very same. One of my favorite samurais of the Sengoku Era and my favorite character in the Sengoku Basara games. You ever play them?

Leon: I have. My best friend's favorite character is Yukimura as well.

Yukimura: Your friend has great taste.

I wonder if this Yukimura character might be Mariano, but I ignore it and we walk towards another boar. He immediately charges at it, ready to strike, but then the boar headbutted Yuki in the crotch, sending him flying a good 10 feet. He grasps his jewels in "pain."

Leon:: Give me a break. You don't feel any pain, do you?

Yukimura[/b]: Oh...your right. Just habit, I guess.

Leon You can't just charge in like that. You have to focus on your initial Motion Input. If you do the motion input right...and activate a <<Sword Skill>>...

As I was explaining, I grabbed a rock. Perfect for skipping, but now isn't the case. As I activate my <<Sword Skill>>, the rock lights up a bright red and I toss it. The rock rockets towards the boar and smacks it right in the ass. That pissed it off.

Leon: The system will ensure the attack will hit.

Yukimura Motion Input...motion input...

Yuki looks at his curved sword as thee boar charges to me. I step out of the way and it stops It turns around and I block it with my sword.

Leon: In simpler terms, add a slight pause, and when you feel the skill begin to activate, let it explode.

Yukimura looked a little confused, but then he got it. So I kicked the boar towards him. It began to charge Yuki, but he was ready. He rests his spear on on his shoulder as it began to glow a bright yellow. He charged as well and the system allowed him to speed past the pig as he struck it. It's HP drops to 0, collapsing to polygons. A congratulations window appears before him, showing how much EXP, gold, and items he received from the boar. An excited Yukimura jumped for joy.

Yukimura: Hell yeah! That's what I'm talking about!

I high-fived Yuki in congratulations as I sheathed my blade

Leon: Good job...however...boars are just as weak as slimes and goblins in other games.

Yukimura: What? Really? That felt like a mid-level boss or something.

I laughed at his comment, but our little celebration was interrupted by 2 sets of claps that are not so far away, We turned to see 2 other players with creepy smirks on their mugs. One has long hair, median build, and a large 2-handed axe. The other has a long dagger. They approach us. Yuki points his spear at them while I grip my sword.

: Bravo, spear-boy. I must say you did well for someone who got his ass handed to by someone's lunch.

: How sad is that? Didn't your mother tell you not to play with your food?

Leon: Who are you?

: Oh good heavens. Where are my manners. My name is Yoshi. This is my party member Slickman.

Slickman: We are elite MMO players. Notorious for dueling weaklings like yourselves for their gold and items.

Yoshi: Indeed. We got banned by countless MMOs, but we're here in SAO to start anew. You you two are lucky numbers 1 and 2. Either surrender your gold and items or we'll take them by force.

Yukimura: Like hell you are!

Leon: Yukimura, stand back. I'll get rid of these punks.

Yukimura: You sure, Inoue?

Leon: I got this.

I open the menu and go through the options to <<duel>>. I send the challenge to Yoshi. 3 options stand before me: A normal duel until one's HP reaches 0, a time limit duel, or a first strike, where the winner must either lower the opponents HP to the yellow zone, or hit a critical hit. I select a standard duel and a menu show up in front of Yoshi. Without hesitation, he accepts. A 10-second timer appears above us as we expose out blades. We stare down, both ready to kill

We both charge, clashing axe with sword. He swings down at me, but I roll out of the way, striking his leg. He backhands me, sending me flying towards Slickman, who catches me and pushes me towards Yoshi's swinging axe. He cuts down about 1/3 of my HP. I kip up and charge, activating my <<Sword Skill>>. I leap at Yoshi, following up with a upwards strike: <<Rage Spike>>. The attack cuts his HP down to the yellow. He looks pissed. His axe glows as he activates his <<Sword Skill>> He spins around and swings his Axe at me. I try to block his <<Whirlwind>> skill, but my sword is too weak to intercept <<Sword Skills>>, so I get sent flying again. My HP is in the red now, It's now or never. I charge again, activating another <<Sword Skill>>. He goes to dodge, but I follow him as I strike with a downwards strike, the swing again upwards like a V: My <<Vertical Arc>> His HP drops to the red now. Now's my chance. I quickly activate another skill. I can tell he was surprise how I can activate <<Sword Skills> so fast. I strike, then side-step, strike again, spin around him, strike again, and strike once more, as if Im tracing a square: the 4-hit combo <<Vertical Square>>. His HP drop to 0 and he disappears into polygons. I gain enough XP to level up to 3, as well as half the gold he holds and a rare one-handed sword and a spear. Fine upgrades to the beginner weapons.

Slickman quickly pulls out a white <<Revival Crystal>>, reviving Yoshi before his conscious is brought back to the beginning town. He dusts himself in disappointment. He approaches me

Yoshi I must admit, you are quite the swordsman. I congratulate you on your victory. But know this...it'll be me who will land the final blow on the boss of this floor, and I will become stronger and take you out the next time we meet. C'mon, Slickman.

Slickman: Coming!

As the two men stormed off as I sheath my sword once again, Yukimura tackled me, nearly taking me to the ground.

Yukimura: Wow! That was amazing! I never knew you could fight like that!

Leon: Get the fuck off me.

I lift Yuki up to my shoulders and Samoan Drop him, knocking down a few HP, but not enough for the system to think of me as a criminal. he holds his back in pain until he realizes there is no pain. He gets up and laughs it off.

Yukimura: I gotta hand it to you. You are quite the swordsman. Before the beta test ends, why not you and I have a duel of our own?

Leon: Why not. It would be my pleasure.

Yukimura: Awesome! Well, I should be logging out. I ordered a terryaki mayo pizza and ginger ale and it should be here in about 5 minutes. Later, Inoue.

Leon I should log out too. Should rest before farming more and looking for the boss door. Good night, Yuki.

We both open our menu and log out. A blinding bluish white light surrounds our individual avatars as we disappear from the <<SAO>> servers...

The Honorable Demon has returned. I have been away for so long...with the exception of House Shows, but that is not the point. The Huge Struggle for Power Battlefield match is here. And I am a participant. Me and thirty-plus others. Now Im not going to talk about everyone for two reasons: to conserve time and because I don't know half of them, so let's go to the more WORTHY competitors.

First off is Danielle and Mariah Lopez. 2 very competitive sisters. I personally have not faced them in a match before, but I know personally that the two of them are true professional wrestlers and are some of the best female wrestlers on the roster. If there are any women who deserve the win, it would be these two...not that Im going to just hand it to them on a silver platter, of couse.

Jay Thunder is next. A good friend of mine and very proud of him to be a Champion. Tag Team Champion at that. Tag Champion? Yes. World Champion? Nnnnot yet. Key word yet. He great and all, but kid, you still don't have the potential at the moment. You have to ditch Kai and worry about your own ass. Reach for that brass ring. The Tag titles are a good stepping stone, but you cannot stay on that step for a long time, or else someone is going to kick you down. That someone could be Kai...or even Syn.

Speaking of Syn, why you and Kai broke up is beyond me. And honestly, I don't think you are fit for a singles run. You belong n the Tag Team division and no where else. But knowing you, I think I know your plan. Maybe your pretending to brake up with Kai. Maybe your waiting for the perfect moment, fuck over Jay so you and Kai can take the Tag titles yourselves.

And knowing you, Kai, I wouldn't be surprise. You and Syn were fishy since day 1. And whether people love you, or hate you, I and others around me will always wonder when you two will screw the world of all it's glory. Syn is a sin in PCW, and Kai is...well...also a sin. It's only a matter of time before their true colors come out.

Fernandez! Mariano-san! You finally return to the ring! Does this mean a possible Otaku Gaijin? Maybe a Tag Team Title shot? Who knows. I wanna know. I would not think twice. Do I think Mariano may have a chance on winning? Hell yeah!Will he? Probably not, unfortunately. He being a Hall-of-Famer and former PCW World Champion puts a target on his, and my, back. Mari-san may eliminate a few, but then people will gang up on him and eliminate him. Of course, If I make it out there in time, I would save him. But thats a big IF im able to make it out in time...

Draven Kenny. Oh, how much history we had together. Both former ICW World Champions, both maniacs in some way, shape, or form, and both hate each others guts. Do I think he has a chance in winning? Yes. Will he? Not a fatass chance in hell! Not on my watch. Decapitating and raping people on live television? No one knows thisd, but we almost got CANCELLED because of that asshole! Im surprised he hasn't got FIRED! Well, no biggie. Before he's eliminated, I'll personally he'll have to leave on a stretcher.

Yoshiru Long and Curtis Wilkes! The Elite Dumbasses. Although they are formidible opponents, they are sick, twisted, and fucked up individuals. I cannot believe I am saying this, but they are more fucked than Draven! I know from years of experience. And with the terror they have been causing, it would not surprising if they have the biggest targest of us all. They won't last even a few minutes.

Who's next...Magnus...THE MAGNUS THUNDER! The God of Thunder finally came to PCW? ... ... ... ... ... ... ...Hat's off to the bull. 'Nuff said. I respect him, so he deserves no trash talking. Moving on!!!

The Bull and Ape Alliance..I don't know too much about them, but they are formidible opponents in the Tag Team Division...and no where else. Just Tag Team. World title? No. Platnium title? no. Broadcast title? ...maybe. But World? no.

Next is...Christina Perez and Ivette Hernandez...The Glamorous/Vicious Combination.They, too, are formidible opponents from what I heard in the Tag Division, but no where else. They are mean bitches in the ring, but only together. Otherwise, their meow is worse than their bite.

Finally, The Reaper himself...Ryan Robinson. Another World Champion-worthy wrestler. Why he has not won a lot of titles is beyond me. He earned...no...DESERVES...a title shot. He is due. He is OVERdue. If he wins this match, I will personally walk down to that ring and hld his hand up high in celebration. I know him very well and why he is not World champion now is beyond me.

One more word...to either Adrien or Heather, who I have history with...keep that belt warm for me.
