Well, after sitting on some thoughts for a good while. I figured it's time to bring about some changes to this place. Nothing in general is off the table when it comes to that. And I'm gonna list the few things that we're gonna start with here. They are below.
Disciplinary actions:
I know bullying is a topic that's on the sensitive side of the fence for a lot of people and we have had a lot of it in the past so we're going to be a little stricter on that. The following punishments are...
- If there is any type of bullying from anybody on here and you've been caught for it. First offense is a 30 day suspension and if there is a repeat offense, you're gone. No ifs, ands or buts about it. That stuff must stop.
- This should be an automatic as past indications have proven but if there is any sexual harassment of any kind, there will be an automatic banning. No questions asked. It will not be tolerated around here and if it does happen and I find out about it... you will be gone immediately.
Creative:
- I know I haven't been the best on that front, but that will change. Starting now, there will be some major changes on the creative front. There will be a list of who judges what match so no bad situations happen. I want to try and stick to what I have said I was going to do and also if anybody have anything they want to tell to me in private, I have no problem with it. I want to improve on being a creative person so tell me what I am doing wrong and I will try to correct it.
- Communication: This has been a really bad thing for me as of late. I know I haven't really communicated with a whole lot of people both staff and non-staff wise during the last few weeks, but I'm gonna attempt to change that and start communicating a little more. My lack of communication has been unacceptable and it's time I change that for the better.
There will probably be more to be added on the list as we go (like a compliment/complaining board and certainly a booking exemption/LOA board). Any suggestions to add are more than welcome. Constructive and positive suggestions only.
