The Television Championship is the second most important championship in the Women's Wrestling Alliance. It is the only sanctioned championship in the company to be defended every single week, as established by Mariah Lopez. It was previously known as the Queen Bitch Championship, and the concept of the title at first was to give other wrestlers a title to fight for, but as the company progressed, so did the title's priorities. Its early days featured battles between Miss Data, Lexi Reiyne and Riley James, and we even had Bella Robinson and Joanna (then with the Jungle Girl name attached at the end) as double holders of the title. It wasn't until Crystal Alvarez (who was an unsigned talent when she was champion) started defending the title in other promotions that the title started getting more attention and spotlight on it. Two years after Crystal did what she did for the title, Mariah Lopez won the title at Ohio Valley Mayhem and vowed to do similar to what her good friend did for the title, by defending it every week. On September 22nd, 2017, amid rumors earlier in the week about re-branding titles, Mariah declared the title as the Television Championship, while still keeping the lineage of the Queen Bitch Title alive and well.

While Crystal did put the title on the map with her 16 defenses, Talia Areano's 241 Days as champion is the longest of the title so far. Molly Hatchet's reign as champion is the shortest in title history at 14 days, while Jung Moon has the most title defenses at 17. Joanna, Amy York, Lexi Reiyne and Kelli Saint are tied with the most reigns at two a piece. Twenty-four different wrestlers have held this championship, with nine of them also having held the World Title.
