Match 1: Taryn Willow © vs. Destiny [WWA Hardcore Championship]
We start the show off with the Hardcore Championship on the line. Taryn Willow was ready to follow up her big victory with the first defense of her third reign. The champ came out firing on all cylinders, immediately attacking the former CCP Women's Champion with a few attacks from a baseball bat she brought out with her. She kept striking at Destiny, until Destiny herself blocked an attempt, then grabbed the bat and struck at Taryn, knocking her down to the ground.
Destiny continued her assault on the champion, beating her in the ribs before going to the outside and grabbing a steel chair before sliding back in. Unfortunately for her however, Taryn kicked the chair right in Destiny's face, taking her down to the mat. Taryn's smile is wicked as she now has the chair... and starts smacking it all across Destiny's back before blasting her in the face with it, effectively busting her open in the process.
Taryn's viciousness was growing by the minute as she deliberately punished Destiny with vicious chair shot after vicious chair shot. She smeared Destiny's blood all over her before picking her up and hitting her with the Pride of Brooklyn. But this wasn't enough for the champ as she picked Destiny up and hit her with the Taryn Driver on the steel chair. Right then and there, the referee determined that Destiny couldn't continue and stopped the match.
WINNER, AND STIIILLL WWA HARDCORE CHAMPION: Taryn Willow via referee stoppage!
Taryn smirks and grabs the chair, continuing to beat Destiny with it over and over again, much to the dismay of the crowd. She's beating on Destiny with no remorse and shoves every referee away who tries to stop her.
MW: This is getting to be too much! Taryn is out of control!
EJ: She's making a statement to Riley James, and its crystal clear!
Taryn gets Destiny up and goes for a second Taryn Driver... but is struck in the back of the head with a beer bottle by Riley James! Riley and Taryn now battle it out, with Riley having the advantage. Taryn tries for a side kick, but Riley caught her and hit her with the Death Sentence!
MW: Riley James has laid out the Hardcore Champion for the second week in a row!
EJ: It looks as if Riley was the one who sent the message to Taryn, via directly!
Riley grabs the Hardcore Title and raises it in the air over Taryn's body to cheers as "Sorry About Your Damn Luck" by Dale Oliver hits the speakers.
Angela Lopez, Mercedes Mendoza and Tamara Jones of GLITTER are seen in their own locker room, talking amongst themselves. Angela, who has acted as the de-facto leader of the group since Melanie Ramirez was put out of action last September, stated that the Trios Titles are the first set of titles that are on the minds of each and every present member of GLITTER! She says that the process to gold has been long and struggling... but knows that it'll pay off in two weeks.
She shifted to the Killswitch Knockouts, whom she calls a potentially dysfunctional group, headed by a cousin of hers, Mya! She rips into Mya, exclaiming that she has flipped the switch one too many times, going from psychotic to happy go lucky, then back to psychotic again! Angela says its a sham but GLITTER as the Trios Champions is the solution to all of these problems.
Mya Lopez overheard that last part and barged in the locker room. The Killswitch Knockouts wasted very little time in brawling with their challengers at Valentine's Day Smackdown, fists flying and all six aren't backing down. Security came soon after and broke the two teams up, but trash talking was continuing with Angela calling The Knockouts "bitches", while Mya said "in two weeks, your little group won't survive the KO's".
Match 2: Talia Areano vs. Mya Denton (w/Brandon and Casey Matthews) [Winner faces TV Champion at Valentine's Day Smackdown]
The rights to face the TV Champion at Valentine's Day Smackdown is at stake here. Talia Areano and Mya Denton were face to face and immediately came to blows as the bell rang. Back and forth the fists were flying, until Denton raked the eyes of Areano and whipped her into the ropes. As she came back off the rebound, Denton hit a nice looking dropkick and the crowd gave a mixed reaction to the former GM of WWA.
Denton was in control as she hit some kicks, followed by a few punches, then a snap suplex to finish the sequence off. She made the cover... but only a Two count! Denton wasn't letting up as she delivered a soccer kick to the ribs of Areano! Denton kept kicking Areano in the ribs, and the fans were not liking that one bit. Denton didn't care as she got Areano up and hit a neckbreaker. She made another cover... but another Two count was made.
She was getting frustrated, knowing that the number one contendership for the TV Title was at stake. She attempted the Shining Wizard... but Areano ducked it, then hit a Full Nelson suplex with a pin... but only Two! Areano immediately sprang back up and hit a couple of arm drags before ending the sequence with a hurricanrana! Areano is all fired up as she places Denton on the top rope before leaping up herself... FRANKENSTEINER! WHAT A MOVE!
Both competitors were down for a moment, before they got back up and continued to start beating on each other. It was back and forth until Denton hit a pancake drop to Areano. She got Areano to her knees and hit her with several kicks to the chest before a kick right to the face. She sets up for the Shining Wizard again... but Areano ducked it before hitting the neckbreaker. Right then and there, Casey distracted the referee, which allowed Brandon to smash Areano with the chair.
Before Brandon could make his escape, Talia Skye came out and smashed her signature hand mirror over his head. Denton was crawling towards Areano for the cover... but was stopped dead in her tracks by Skye. Skye picked her up... and hit her with the Barbie Killer! She then placed Areano on top of Denton before going after Casey, who hightails it out of there as quick as he could. The ref gets back to the match... and Areano gets the Three count.
WINNER: Talia Areano via pinfall!
Backstage, and Izumi Sato and Hannah Kristiansen are being interviewed by Courtney Erickson. The two of them are jubulant about last week's win over The Goddesses of Metal, who are former WWA Tag Team Champions! They were asked about their goals in WWA, to in which Izumi replied - "to perform great matches for the fans, as well as maybe some gold here and there". Hannah's response was more of the same, but she included kicking ass in her own colorful language.
The interview session was interrupted by The Princesses, who were lead by their manager James Baker. Baker scoffed at the new team, calling them "peasants" while telling them that "their fifteen minutes of fame is about to be up". Izumi got up in the face of the "King of Hardcore", telling him that her and Hannah will put a stop to his "Princesses". Hannah then chimed in, calling Abeela, Perseus, Lola and Shelly "a bunch of jester like bitches".
The Princesses teased going after them, but they all laughed before walking off, leaving Izumi and Hannah with determined scowls on their faces.
Match 3: Bella Robinson (w/Mariella Lopez) vs. Crystal Alvarez [Winner faces Kijo for the WWA World Championship at Valentine's Day Smackdown]
Two close friends, two former Team Lethality members battle it out for the number one contendership for the WWA World Championship. Bella needs this to get one step closer towards becoming a Grand Slam winner, while Crystal wants to reclaim the title she lost back in October. The two of them look at one another, doing a little bit of respective trash talk before doing their signature handshake as this one gets underway.
Bella attempted the high-risk style she is known for in the early going, and it worked like a charm for a bit... but ever the defender she is, Crystal countered one of Bella's attempts into a high angled Belly to Belly suplex to get things into her favor! She attempted to go for the Tap or Die early... but Bella instead turned it into a powerbomb. She then followed up with a suplex, then the pin... but only a Two count!
The multi time champion in WWA was not detered as she continued away at the punishment of Crystal Alvarez with some lethal kicks that's a stable of the Enzuigiri Party. This strategy worked until Crystal caught one of the kicks, and floored Bella with a Northern Lights suplex. She immediately had the cover... but only a Two count! Crystal wasn't going to be stopped as she attempted to wear Bella down by attacking the legs, as well as the midsection. She makes another cover... but again, a Two count!
Crystal starts pounding away at the "Eternally Likeable One" with her fists, with the shots getting harder and harder. She gets Bella up and whips her into the ropes, immediately running in and hitting a splash. Bella stumbles out and Crystal tries for a snap suplex... but Bella blocks it and hits one of her own, right into the turnbuckle. Bella isn't laying off as she goes to the top rope and hits a 450 Splash. Bella signals for the end as she sets up for the 859... but the fans give mostly boos as Mariah Lopez and the Team Lethality Ninjas came storming in the ring and the ninjas attacked Bella, giving her the disqualification victory.
WINNER: Bella Robinson via disqualification!
The Ninjas continue to attack Bella with intensity. Crystal gets up and tries for the save, but Mariah hits her with a Crane Kick to the face. The Ninjas double teamed Bella long enough for them and Mariah to hit her with the Triple Powerbomb! Crystal gets up, and the three of them triple team her enough to where she too, was hit with the Triple Powerbomb!
MW: Both Bella Robinson and Crystal Alvarez have been taken out with the Triple Powerbomb! This is sick!
EJ: Three straight weeks this vicious trio has caused destruction! And it is to Mariah's three closest associates at that!
MW: That's what makes this situation more heartbreaking, Eric! These individuals were very close to Mariah, and she goes and does this!
Mariah looks down at Crystal and Bella with a smirk on her face as her and the Ninjas stand tall over them to mostly boos from the crowd. "Never Enough" by Five Finger Death Punch plays as they continue to stand over them.
We open up to the ring where Joanna and Elektra are both standing there. Joanna speaks about her ongoing rivalry with The Boston Bombshells, dating back to September of 2017. She states through concussions and countless thievery, she's still here... and she has backup in the form of Elektra, whom also shares a vendetta against the Bombshells, but more importantly, the Kuromusha Army. Joanna goes on to say that in 2018, they will become WWA Tag Team Champions, and they will do that at Valentine's Day Smackdown in two weeks.
She was cut off as "The Beautiful People (Burlesque)" plays to massive boos from the crowd. The Boston Bombshells come out, but elect to stay on the ramp. Dana Simmons says that punishing Joanna over and over again has become tiresome, and its "equally annoying" that she wants more of it. She says now she knows how Morgan felt when The Black Rose Mafia kept coming after Toxic for "God knows how long". She says "Valentine's Day Smackdown will be the final resting place for the most annoying tag team of them all, the Jungle Warriors". Dana however, states that next week, they will put The Canadian Glam Squad down to the ground one last time as they'll give them their rightful rematch for the WWA Tag Team Titles.
Dana and Amber begin the trash talk, all the while holding up their Tag Team Titles as Joanna and Elektra look on at them with glares on their faces.
Match 4: Whiskey Emmanuelle © vs. Yasmeen Dumont [WWA Television Championship]
Another defense of the Television Championship for the reigning champion Whiskey Emmanuelle. Her opponent tonight? One-third of the Trios Champions, Yasmeen Dumont! The two of them shook hands before locking up in a collar and elbow, with Whiskey getting the upperhand. She transitioned into a side headlock, but Yasmeen quickly reversed it into a hammerlock, which was turned into a snapmare takedown by the champion. The two of them quickly engaged in a stalemate, much to the delight of the crowd.
The two of them continued to battle, with it being evened up... until Whiskey showed her technical side and hit a side slam. She did some MMA like takedowns, and even locked in a fujiwara armbar. Yasmeen eventually got herself to the ropes, and Whiskey provided a clean break! Whiskey worked over the arm, delivering some kicks to it before dropping her knee right on to it. Whsikey makes the cover... but Yasmeen kicks out at Two!
The contest continued as Whiskey was in control... but that changed as Yasmeen reversed a suplex attempt into a Russian leg sweep! Yasmeen made the cover... but only a Two! The Trios Champion continued her momentum as she got behind Whiskey and hit a German Suplex! She still had her hands clasped around the waist and hit a second one! She went for another cover... and the TV Champ kicked out at Two again!
Yasmeen now gets Whiskey up and hits her with a Swinging leg hook fireman's carry slam. The Canadian is well on her way to being a double champion. She hits the Geek Sheek... but Whiskey barely kicked out at Two! Yasmeen is shocked and goes to the top rope, looking to fly. Whiskey is up and Yasmeen attempts the diving Hurricanrana... NO! Whiskey caught her and then hit Yasmeen with the One-handed electric chair driver! Whiskey made the cover... and got the Three count!
WINNER, AND STIIILLL WWA TELEVISION CHAMPION: Whiskey Emmanuelle via pinfall!
Whiskey is handed the TV Title and celebrates with it to the roar of the crowd, Meanwhile on the ramp, the challenger for the title at Valentine's Day Smackdown, Talia Areano, can be seen looking on at Whiskey, with the latter looking on at her as well, knowing that the champ has one more defense to go in order to officially face Areano at the pay-per-view.
Main Event: Kijo © vs. Kyoko Kawashima (w/Mariella Lopez)
The main event of the evening gets underway as Kijo looks to build momentum heading into Valentine's Day Smackdown as she faces the tag team partner of her opponent for that show, Kyoko Kawashima! The bell rings, and the two Japanese competitors circle around the ring, trying to feel one another out. Neither one gets the clear cut advantage... that was until Kijo displayed her power superiority, knocking Kyoko to the mat with a strong takedown.
However, Kyoko got herself right back up and delivered a strong hip toss to the World Champion, showing that she herself is no slouch when it comes to the squared circle. Kyoko delivers some very hard knees to the World Champion, with the champ also delivering them in return. Very STIFF looking shots from both competitors as it was evened up until Kyoko hit a neck snap with theatrics. She made the cover... but Two count!
Kyoko wasn't letting up and kicked Kijo as hard as she could. The "Japanese Demon" had a smirk as she was continuing to get hit very hard. Kijo looked at Kyoko and gave her a HUGE headbutt followed by HARD RIGHT HANDS, to in which Kyoko responded in kind. The two of them continued their STIFF shots and the fans are eating it up wholeheartedly. Kijo kicked Kyoko in the gut before delivering a Machine Gun kneelift to the face. Kijo made the cover... but Kyoko kicked out at Two!
The fight continued among these two warriors, with Kijo looking for the Doomsday Kiss... but Kyoko ducked it, then hit the GTS! She made the cover... but Kijo barely kicked out at Two! She then attempted to go for the Tokyo Stretch Time... but Kijo wasn't letting her lock it in, instead grabbing the arm and twisting it as hard as she could before powering out and hitting the Hell Hammer! Kijo makes the cover... and gets the Three count.
WINNER: The WWA World Champion - "The Japanese Demon" Kijo via pinfall!
"Scaretale" by Nightwish plays as the crowd boos loudly upon Kijo receiving the WWA World Championship.
MW: The champ has sent a message to Bella Robinson, loud and clear, via her tag team partner!
EJ: And Bella was laid out earlier tonight by Mariah Lopez and the Ninja's, so I'm sure Bella has seen what just went on while licking her wounds!
MW: Valentine's Day Smackdown is not going to become easy for the "Eternally Likeable One"... but who says its going to be a walk in the park for the Demon though?
EJ: Kijo knows exactly what she is up against, and has a strategy to win! She's only lost three times in this company so Bella is definitely the underdog going into their showdown in two weeks!
Kijo stands over Kyoko before getting her up and planting her back down with the Doomsday Kiss. The champion has a devilish smirk on her face and begins to chuckle at the damage she has done. The show ends with the three of them standing over Kyoko as the fans boo furiously.
