Match 1: Kate Steele vs. Lois Thomas
We begin this show with a match featuring the debut of Kate Steele. The bell immediately rang and Steele went on the attack, attacking Thomas with a blend of speed and strikes, throwing the former World Champion off balance. Steele was in complete control as she was hitting Thomas rather hard… but Lois came back and rocked Steele with some shots of her own before hitting a backbreaker over the knee. She hooked the leg… but only a Two count!
Thomas had the upperhand for a bit… but a Burning Hammer attempt gone wrong allowed Steele to get back in control here, targeting the arm of Lois! It was working as Thomas was in agonizing pain. She tried to fight back but everytime, Steele had a counter to weaken the arm further. Steele signaled for the end and hit an armbreaker before locking in the Fujiwara Armbar while in a seated position. Thomas was in dire straits and had no choice but to submit.
WINNER: “The Siren” Kate Steele via submission!
"Bad Reputation" by Avril Lavigne plays as Kate Steele gets her hand raised in victory.
DM: A rather impressive victory in her debut for Kate Steele!
SS: Let's be real here, Kate flat out dominated Lois Thomas! THAT was a SPARRING SESSION!
DM: Its been years since you broke out that phrase, but couldn't agree more here! Kate Steele showed us something here tonight, and I think she may be included in the Scars of Wrestling Cup coming up!
SS: She should! A woman of her talent's should be considered for this spot!
Match 2: Joanna (w/Elektra) vs. Dana Simmons (w/Amber Simmons) vs. Sydney Hollister (w/Violet Simons)
Just as Joanna and Elektra made their entrances, they were attacked from behind by Sydney Hollister and Violet Simons. The two teams were brawling with one another right on the stage with no end in sight. Soon The Boston Bombshells come out and join the fray, helping the champions fight Breaking Habits! Dana and Amber are beating down Hollister, while Joanna and Elektra are attacking Simons. The two teams are actually working together here and they eliminate one of the challenging teams from the ordeal.
Now the two longtime opposing teams square off. Champions versus the former champions! The two of them start brawling with one another, with it being evened up… until Dana and Amber got the upperhand. They went to grab chairs and attempted to blast them in the head… but the champions weren’t going to let that happen as they ducked it, then hit stereo chokeslams on them. They grab tables and set them up at the end of the aisle, with Joanna planting Dana with the Hear Me Roar though one of the tables, while Elektra planted Amber through the other table with the Nike Chokeslam.
DM: Good god almighty! The Jungle Warriors have destroyed The Boston Bombshells!
SS: This is chaos! I love it!
Joanna and Elektra stand over The Boston Bombshells with the Tag Team Titles in their hands. However they are interrupted as “Still I Rise” by Shadows Fall plays, signaling the arrival of one very important individual. Danielle Lopez emerges from the back, still very much feeling the effects of her match against Leon Lonewolf last night at Cardinal City Pro’s World’s Finest. She uses the crutches to get down the aisle as she is in extreme pain. She is handed a microphone and begins to speak.
Danielle Lopez: Obviously I’m delaying surgery for a bit as I am here to announce some very important things.
The fans cheer.
Danielle Lopez: Seeing this display is one of them. At Eve of Destruction, we will settle the tag team title situation with… TABLES LADDERS AND CHAIRS! It’ll be The Jungle Warriors defending their titles against both The Boston Bombshells and Breaking Habits!
The crowd cheers.
Danielle Lopez: Also we will have either Eavan Maloney or Angelina Williams defend the Television Championship against Amy Thompson in a Stretcher Match!
The fans cheer again.
Danielle Lopez: Aubrey Cassidy will face Heather Harland in a Strap Match! Talia Areano and Princess Abeela will face Gabriella Partian and Shelly The Bod in a Street Fight! And I’m going to add this as well, The Killswitch Knockouts and Mya Denton will face The Psychopathic Freak Show and Serena Mariella in a Barbed Wire match!
The fans are roaring in approval.
Danielle Lopez: And even though this match was made official last week on this program, we will add to it. Mariah Lopez versus Athena will be… a JOSHI RULES MATCH!
The fans cheer even more, knowing they are going to get a treat in one week.
Danielle Lopez: Now as it pertains to this triple threat match. Obviously two of the three competitors are in no shape to compete, so we’ll just save them for the TLC match. Now then, enjoy the show.
”Still I Rise” plays again as Danielle uses the aid of her crutches to go to the back.
Match 3: Maki © vs. (Competitor to be determined) [WWA Hardcore Championship]
This matchup was for the Hardcore Championship, and to answer the bell was Mya Denton. The match began and Denton was firing on all cylinders, taking it to Maki in the early going with her speed advantage then kicked Maki in the jaw to send her out of the ring. The champion was thrown off a bit at the fury Denton was sending towards her. Denton went over the ropes… and planted a suicide plancha onto the champion before going to scour for some weapons, to which she throws a chair and a trash can into the ring before rolling herself and Maki back into the ring.
Denton gets Maki up and blasts her a few times in the head with the trash can before hitting a Northern lights suplex, complete with the pin… but only a Two count! Denton isn’t letting up one bit as she continues the punishment on Maki. She gets Maki up and goes for a running enzuigiri… but Maki ducked it, then hit a Russian Leg Sweep! She raised her up to her feet and whipped her into a corner before running in… CLOTHESLINE! Denton stumbled out, and Maki hit the Tiger Suplex! She made the cover… but only a Two count!
Maki was punishing Denton before cracking a chair right across of her back. Maki’s face is that of sick enjoyment as she cracks it again… and again… and again! Maki threw the chair down and made the cover once more… but again, Denton kicked out at Two! Maki wasn’t too thrilled as she locked in an armbar on Denton! She was in dire pain here… but the fans support only fueled Denton as she got back to a vertical base and attempted to fight off Maki with some rights, which caused her to stagger. She did so enough to where she hit Maki with a step up enzuigiri to take her down, but she too is also down on the mat.
Both competitors got up before the count of ten, and began going at it some more with it being evened up between both competitors. Denton eventually got the upperhand and ran the ropes where she hit a flying forearm smash right to the face. She went to grab the chair again, and smashed it over Maki’s head. She hooked the leg… but Maki barely kicked out! Denton continued to fight, but Maki also had her share of damage here. The two of them traded moves back and forth, as well as pinfalls! Denton eventually had Maki right where she wanted her and went for the Shining Wizard… but Maki ducked it, then locked in the NextGen Gap! Denton tried like hell to fight out of it, and almost did… but the pressure was too much as she had to submit.
WINNER, AND STIIILLL WWA HARDCORE CHAMPION: “The Demoness” Maki via submission!
We catch Reyna Carter arriving to the arena, dressed in a very trendy outfit. As she reaches backstage, she is attacked from behind with a pipe to the knee. The person who attacked Reyna was none other than Tina Ketchum, who continued to attack the knee of the only Grand Slam winner in WWA history.
DM: Good fucking God! Reyna’s left knee is being destroyed!
SS: Tina is showing a serious mean streak here
Ketchum continues the assault on Reyna’s knee before laying it against one of the crates. Tina climbs the crate… and JUMPS on Reyna’s leg, injuring it and causing the “Glam Boss” to scream in agony. Ketchum looks with a giant smirk on her face before walking away as the medics go to check on Reyna Carter.
Match 4: Eavan Maloney © vs. Angelina Williams (w/Lexi Reiyne) [WWA Television Championship]
Another week, another Television Title defense for Eavan Maloney. She faces former Hardcore Champion Angelina Williams. The two of them lock up in the ring with Maloney locking in a side headlock that turned into a back suplex by Angelina. Angelina was stomping all over Maloney to get the upperhand, which she had gotten with a smash mouth style. Angelina was extremely focused and kept punishing Maloney, going after the ribs which was successful. She locked in a body scissors for a bit before transitioning into a sleeper.
The hold was locked in for a while until Maloney got back up and hit a jawbreaker which was soon followed up with a boot to the face. Angelina was down and Maloney went for the cover… but got a Two count! Maloney stayed on Angelina, and locked in a rear chin lock. This was synched in rather tight, but Angelina got back up and hit a jawbreaker before following up with a Belly-to-belly suplex! Angelina now hooked the leg… but got a Two count out of it.
Angelina stayed on Maloney and attacked the ribs once more, kicking at them at will and the champion was in major pain. Angelina got Maloney up and hit her with a stalling suplex! Angelina had a smirk on her face as Lexi Reiyne is cheering her on from the outside. Angelina gets Maloney up once more… and hits her with a Powerbomb! Maloney is down on her back in the ring, and Angelina hooked the leg… but Maloney managed to kick out at Two, but barely.
This one continued and Angelina was in control… but Maloney fought back and had Angelina reeling. She executed a few knife edge chops before whipping her across the ring. Angelina came back off the rebound, and Maloney hit a back body drop! She made the cover… but a Two count! From there, they went back and forth with it being evened up. They traded a few near falls, but Angelina eventually got the upperhand. She had Maloney right where she wanted her and was moments away from winning the Television Title, going for The Phoenix Force… but Maloney got out of it, then hit The Vegas Strip, bringing Angelina down. Maloney hooked the leg… and got the Three count for another successful title defense.[/i]
WINNER, AND STIIILLL WWA TELEVISION CHAMPION: Eavan Maloney via pinfall!
”Immortalized” by Disturbed plays and the fans cheer as Eavan Maloney has slayed another name here tonight.
DM: Another week and another credible wrestler has fallen short of capturing Eavan Maloney’s WWA Television Championship!
SS: We say this often, but we think Eavan is the real deal! Her reign so far speaks for itself!
DM: You ain’t lying! Eavan has proven that she belongs and is on a great road to become one of the best in this company!
She is interrupted as “Paralyzer” by Finger Eleven plays. Amy Thompson makes her way out and is face to face with Maloney, who has the WWA Television Title raised in the air. Neither of them are backing down from the other.
DM: Earlier tonight, Amy Thompson was announced as the next challenger for the TV Title, and now it is her versus Eavan for the title in a Stretcher match!
SS: That’s going to be a very physical match! I don’t know if Thompson has it in her to do whatever it is possible to win a match like that! Eavan though, we know she is willing to do anything to win!
DM: I like her, but don’t underestimate Amy Thompson! She’s good and there is a reason why Dani named her in this spot!
Main Event: Talia Skye, Athena and Heather Harland vs. Kijo, Mariah Lopez (w/The Ninja Squad) and Aubrey Cassidy
It is main event time, and all six competitors are raring to go here. It is Kijo starting it off against Athena, continuing what the two had last week. Athena had the upperhand early here… but Kijo’s power and resourcefulness wasn’t to be denied here as she lifted Athena up… and hit her with a side slam! Kijo typically doesn’t play well with others, and she was beating on Athena with fury. The “Japanese Demon” capped off her offensive display with a Dragon Suplex! She made the cover… but only a Two count!
Kijo made the tag to Mariah Lopez, and despite the different personalities, they worked together and made sure Athena was still down. Mariah was picking apart the limbs of Athena much to the dismay of the crowd. Mariah didn’t pay any mind to them as she had attempted the Fisherwoman suplex… but was blocked, then hit with a jawbreaker. This gave her enough time to tag in Heather Harland, and Harland pounded away at Mariah with her blend of technique. She made the cover… but could only get a Two count!
Harland basked in the cheers of the crowd, but that was a gigantic mistake as Mariah laid in wait, and blasted her in the face with a forearm, followed by a Crane Kick to the face! Mariah laid into Harland and isolated her from her corner where her and Kijo kept Harland at bay. Mariah even tagged in Aubrey Cassidy for a bit to allow her to get her shots in on Harland before tagging Mariah back in. The girlfriend duo even hit her with some double team maneuvers before Aubrey was admonished by the referee. Mariah got Harland up and planted her down with a Bridging German Suplex… but only could get a Two count.
Mariah continued the onslaught on Harland as she dragged her to the center of the ring and locked in the Nap Time sleeper hold! Mariah had that hold locked in very tightly and Harland couldn’t go anywhere even if she wanted to. Harland was starting to fade, and fade away fast. She faded and the referee raised the hand… and it dropped! The ref raised it again… and it dropped the second time! The ref raised it again… but Harland keeps her team alive here as she begins to fight out of it, and turn this one into a back suplex… but both competitors are down on the mat. They crawl to their respective corners… and Mariah made the tag to Aubrey while Harland tagged in the WWA World Champion Talia Skye!
Both competitors come in like a house of fire, and Talia starts firing a series of rights and lefts to the rookie wrestler who is trying to cover up, but the World Champion isn’t backing down and those punches are having a serious effect on Cassidy. Talia gets Aubrey up… and planted her down with a Beautiful Disaster RIGHT TO THE JAW! Talia went for the cover… but Mariah broke that up. Mariah decided to strike at her longtime friend, but that didn’t last long as Athena entered the fray and the two of them took their brawl to the outside.
Talia Skye was down and Aubrey Cassidy managed to get to their feet. Cassidy knew this stage was her chance to show what she could do, and she wasted no time taking it to the World Champion. Striking at her at will, Cassidy managed to get Talia back to a vertical base and hit her with the Aubrey Kick! She quickly made the cover… but could only get a Two count! The fact that Cassidy nearly had Talia there made her a bit more confident and she continued to strike… but being the veteran that she is, Talia Skye wasn’t going to allow herself to go to the level of the rookie, punishing her at will before ultimately hitting a backbreaker! Talia signaled for the end as she looked highly annoyed, and PLANTED Cassidy down with the Barbie Killer! SHe hooked the leg… and got the Three count for the win.
WINNERS: Athena, Heather Harland and the WWA World Champion “The Killa Queen” Talia Skye via pinfall!
Talia celebrates, but that is cut short as Kijo attacks the WWA World Champion, while Mariah and Athena begin to brawl with one another. Kijo is pummeling away at “The Killa Queen”, but Talia begins to fight back, and she was successful in getting Kijo reeling, but as she went for the Botox Injection, Kijo ducked it and hit the Hell Hammer! Meanwhile, Mariah and The Ninja Squad are three on one against Athena, with them hitting the Triple Powerbomb to her on the floor.
Kijo teases going for the Doomsday Kiss to Talia… but is stopped by Mariah Lopez, who stands right in front of a downed Talia Skye! Kijo has a very angry look on her face, which is matched by the same expression on Mariah’s. Kijo has the WWA World Title in her hand, but Mariah is eyeing it while also talking some trash.
DM: I’m happy Mariah saved Talia, but what is this?
SS: These two are the most hated wrestlers on this roster, and you know both of them want the WWA World Championship!
DM: This is true, but Mariah is also friends with Talia! Talia Skye is one of the few people Mariah holds in the highest of regards!
Mariah mouths “that title will be mine regardless of who wins” before her and The Ninja Squad leave. Kijo looks on, but doesn’t know that Talia Skye is back to her feet. Kijo turns around, only for Talia to hit her in the face with the Botox Injection!
DM: BOTOX INJECTION! TALIA HIT IT!
SS: SHIT! She recovered! This isn’t right!
Talia grabs the WWA World Championship and stands over Kijo’s body, raising it in the air before looking back at the aisle where Mariah Lopez stands alongside Aubrey and The Ninja Squad, looking at her friend nodding and saying “it’s only a matter of time until it’s you and me for that belt”. Talia smirks and continues to raise the title to cheers from the crowd as the broadcast ends.
